Orders must be received a minimum of 3 days before your pick up date. If your order request falls within the 3 days, please send us a message before completing and paying for your order. We will get back to you as soon as possible to see if we can still add your request to our production calendar. thank you!

Your pick-up time slot is firm. If you know you are running late, please give us a call at 301-639-5554. Please note that we are very busy at markets and may not be able to pick up the phone.

If you are a no show, arrive at one of our market locations after the closing bell or arrive at our Middleburg location outside of your selected pick up time slot, you will need to reschedule pick up or forfeit your order. Forfeited orders are donated to food banks and individuals experiencing food insecurity,

We do not refund for no shows or late pick ups. We do not remake your order fresh for pick up on a different day.
