Collection: Soft Pretzels

All of our gourmet, soft pretzels are made with a generations-old, family recipe from the Tyrolean alps. We only use all-natural ingredients: a proprietary blend of unbleached and non GMO flours (some of it locally milled), diastatic malt, butter (locally sourced or made in house), yeast, salt and water. That's it! We DO NOT include sugar or eggs/egg wash in our pretzels.  Non-dairy/vegan options are available, switching out the butter for vegetable oil. 

Our pretzels are hand rolled, hand twisted and hand dipped in small batches using centuries old, European artisanal techniques. 

We locally source as many ingredients as possible for our specialty pretzels and sandwiches. Meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, grains, honey, herbs and more are produced on local farms, purchased from our farmers market vendor neighbors or grown directly by us.
