A Laugenecken is a delightlfully quirky pretzel croissant that flakes like a biscuit. It is a traditional European pretzel shape. Six layers of pretzel dough are laminated with butter, cut into wedges, dipped and then baked. All of that rich butter makes each layer a decadent treat. It is best served warm.
