We originally created our “Pretzel Blossoms” for our participation in the annual Art Blooms/Cherry Blossom Festival in April. They ended up being our best seller at the event. Our customers at the festival said that they would be the perfect roll or finger sandwich bun for parties, tailgates, buffets, etc. because they are so cute and easy to eat. We agreed and added them to our permanent menu!
